  • I fell in love with a sold out dreamcatcher. How do I get one?

    I'm so glad you found one you love! Simply click on the "Make me one!" button and I will begin creating that dreamcatcher for you! I will also send an email out to complete your order.

    It's important to note that dreamcatchers are handmade so there may be a slight difference in the photo versus what is delivered. I will do my best to deliver one that looks exactly like the photo.

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

    Our dreamcatchers come in varying sizes so it's important that you know what space you want to fill in your home. The smallest hoop has a diameter of 4 inches. The largest is 13.8" in diameter. Please read the description of your dreamcatcher to determine the size of the hoop.

  • I need multiples of a premade dreamcatcher. What do I do?

    Please email and I will create an invoice for you. Our dreamcatchers are handmade so please allow 2 weeks for processing and shipping.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Processing times for premade orders are 2 business days. Custom dreamcatchers have a turnaround time of about 2 weeks but I'm usually faster than that. All orders are default standard shipping with USPS. This is a 3 - 4 day shipping window. If expedited is chosen it will be next day delivery.

  • What are the shipping and processing times?

    For our premade dreamcatchers and self love supplies, we process orders in 2 business days. If you are ordering a custom dreamcatcher, turnaround time is at least 2 weeks. If we are running behind, we will definitely reach out to let you know and see how you would like to move forward. After the package has shipped, we do not control how fast the item will get to you. This all depends on USPS or the shipping method that was used. 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

    First, please check with neighbors to and local post office. If your order isn't located, please email and we'll open a case with the post office. From there, we will decide if a store credit or refund should be issued. If you'd like, a replacement product can be sent out.

  • Am I able to receive a refund?

    We understand things happen during shipping. We'd love to replace damaged product for you. If you receive a damaged product, please snap a picture of how the item was received and email to with a copy of your order receipt.

    We will then approve and issue a store credit. You may request an item in likeness to the one you originally purchased or you can purchase a different product on the site already available.

    If you choose to have a duplicate of the original purchased item, please allow 2 weeks from the time of the refund to the day you receive the replacement. All our products are handmade.

    If you'd prefer to receive all monies back, we will issue you a return label and refund once the return has been received.

  • What are the shipping options?

    Free standard shipping is our default shipping method. However, if you require expedited shipping, you are able to choose this option at checkout. Orders shipped to Canada do not receive free standard shipping. USPS is our delivery method.

  • How do I customize a dreamcatcher?

    Go to our custom dreamcatcher page and reach out to me via any of our social media channels, text message, or email. We can have a conversation about what your vision is and put it together. Note any colors, specific flowers, designs, etc.
